29-Year-Old Altadena Man Arrested On Suspicion Of Felony DUI, Hit And Run

On Thursday morning, a 29-year-old man from Altadena caused an accident for which the Pasadena police officers took him into custody for a hit-and-run collision.

According to Lt. Mark Goodman, the accident occurred around 12:12 a.m. He added, “We responded to the area of Colorado and Orange Grove in regards to a report of a hit-and-run collision. Upon arrival, officers found the victim suffering from a wrist injury.”

A 39-year-old woman who lives in Studio City sustained injuries in the accident. The victim told that the cops located the man going northbound on Orange Grove on foot from the accident spot.

He was taken into custody.

Goodman further said, “The suspect was subsequently arrested for felony hit and run and he was found to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. He also sustained injuries in the collision, was transported to a local hospital for treatment and then subsequently booked into the city jail for felony DUI and felony hit and run.”
